State of Florida }
Alachua County   } This Indenture made the 5th
day of December AD 1883 between J.R.W. Grissom
of said State and County of the first part and Fra
nces J. Grissom of Alachua County in the State
of Florida of the second part witnesseth that the
said party of the first part for and in consid
eration of the sum of One hundred $10000 dollars
to him in hand paid by the said party of the sec
ond part the receipt whereof is hereby acknow
ledged has granted bargained sold and conveyed
and by these presents does grant bargain sell
and convey unto the said party of the second part
all of that certain lot piece parcel or tract of
land situated lying and being in the county of Ala
chua in the State of Florida particularly known
and described as follows to wit:  Beginning at the
point where the western boundary line of Fractional
Section Four (4) in Township Eleven (11) South Range
Twenty One (21) East intersects the mean high water
line on the south side of the only pond on 
said western boundary line of said fractional
section Four (4) and running thence East one
thousand and Fifty (1050) feet thence South
