Isaac Saunders  To  Cyrus S. Harris
                      "Deed"
To all people to whom these presents shall come that
we Isaac Saunders and Ann E.A. Saunders wife of 
said Isaac Saunders of the Town of Situate in the 
County of Providence and in the State of Rhode Island
send Greeting Know Ye that we the said Isaac and
Ann E.A. Saunders hereinafter called the grantors for and
in consideration of the sum of seventy four and 50/100
Dollars to us in hand before the ensealing hereof well
and truly paid by Cyrus S. Harris of the City of Gainesville
in the County of Alachua and State of Florida the receipt whe
reof we do hereby acknowledge and am therewith fully
satisfied contented and paid and thereof and every part and
parcel thereof do exonerate acquit and discharge the
said Cyrus S. Harris his heirs executors and Administrators 
forever by these presents have given granted bargained
sold aliened enfeoffed conveyed and confirmed and by
these presents do freely fully and absolutely give grant
bargain sell alien enfeoff convey and confirm unto 
the said Harris hereinafter called the grantor his heirs
and assigns forever a certain lot or parcel of 
land lying and being in said State and County
and particularly described in a diagram of lots for 
mally belonging to the Estate of Nathan Spencer decea
sed as lots thirty one 31 and thirty two 32 the same
being a fractional portion of the North half of section
Six (6) Township Ten (10) S of Range twenty (20) East
containing in all ten acres of land more or less
To Have and to Hold the said Granted and bargained
premises with all the appurtenances privileges and com
modities to the same belonging or in anywise appertain
ing to the said grantee his heirs and assigns for
ever to his and their own proper use benefit and behoof
forever and we the said grantors for ourselves and
for our Heirs executors and administrators do cove
nant promise and grant to and with the said
grantee his heirs and assigns that at and before
the ensealing hereof we are the true sole and law
ful owner of the above bargained premises and are
lawfully seized and possessed of the same in our own
proper right as good perfect and absolute estate of
inheritance in fee simple and have in us good right
full power and lawful authority to grant bargain
sell convey and confirm the said bargained premises
in manner as aforesaid and that the said grantee
his heirs and assigns shall and may from time
to time and at all times forever hereafter by force
