Land returned to the General Land Office by the Survey
or General the said Warrant having been assigned by 
the said Andrew W. Miller to William F. Barton
in whose favor the said Tract has been located Now
Know ye that there is therefore granted by the United States
unto the said William F. Barton as assignee as afore
said and to his heirs the tract of land  above described
To Have and to hold the said tract of land with
the appurtenances thereof unto the said William F.
Barton as assignee as aforesaid and to his heirs
and assigns forever  In testimony whereof I James

ica have caused these letters to be made patent and

wife Rebecca Ford of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida of the first part and March Jack
son of the County & State aforesaid of the second part
witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for
and in consideration of the sum of One Hund
red and Forty Dollars to them in hand paid
by the said party of the second part the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bar
gained sold aliened remised released conveyed and
confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain
