said deed for the purpose of renouncing and relin
quishing her dower or right of dower in and to the
lands tenements and hereditaments therein described
and thereby granted and released and that such
relinquishment or renunciation of dower is made 
by her freely and voluntarily and without any con
straint apprehension or fear of from her said hus

                        "Deed"
This Indenture made the 31st day of October in the
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Eighty
three Between March Jackson and wife Sarah Jack
son of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
of the first part and Peter ONeil of the same County
and State of the second part witnesseth that the said par
ties of the first part for and in consideration of the
sum of Eighty Dollars lawful money of the United States
of America to them in hand paid by said party of
the second part at or before the ensealing and deliver
y of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknow
ledged have granted bargained sold aliened remised
released conveyed and confirmed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell alien remise release
convey and confirm unto the said party of the
second part and his heirs and assigns forever all
that certain piece of land lying and being in the
county of Alachua and State of Florida in SW1/4
of NW1/4 of S24 T9 S R22 E described as follows
Beginning at the North East corner of lot of 
land sold by Martin Stevens to Geo McDaniel running
thence South Two Hundred and Eighty 280 yards
to a stake thence East one Hundred and Seventy
five 175 yards to a stake thence North Two Hun
dred and Eighty 280 yards to a stake thence West
One hundred and Seventy five yards to the begin
ning containing Ten (10) acres more or less.  Together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
