"Deed"
This Indenture made this Eighth day of Decem
ber AD 1883 between Washington Morrison and Rebec
ca P. Morrison his wife of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida party of the first part and Will
iam W. Johnson of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida party of the second part Witnesseth that
the said party of the first part for and in con
sideration of the sum of One Hundred and fifty
Dollars to him in hand paid the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged has bargained sold and trans
fered and by these presents does bargain sell and
transfer unto the said party of the second part
and his heirs and assigns forever that certain
parcel of land lying and being in the County of Alach
ua and State of Florida and more particularly de
scribed as follows All the land lying and being
on the West Side of Orange Creek in the South
East Quarter of the North West Quarter of section
36 Thirty Six in township (10) Ten South of Range
(22) Twenty Two East containing five acres more or
less Together with all the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances with every privilege right title in
terest and estate dower and right of dower reversion
remainder and easement thereto belonging or in any
wise appertaining To Have and to hold the same
in fee simple forever and the said party of the first
part does covenant with the said party of the
second part that they are lawfully seized of said
premises that they are free of all encumbrances and
that they have good right and lawful authority
to sell the same and that they will warrant
and defend the same against the lawful
claims of all persons In witness whereof that
said party of the first part has hereunto set
their hands and seals the day and year above
