County and State of New York and James C. Neal and
Emma A. Neal his wife of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida parties of the first part and Sieg
fried Frei and Lizzie Frei his wife of the county of
Alachua and State of Florida parties of the second part
witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for
and in consideration of the sum of One hundred and
Seventy Five Dollars to them  in hand paid the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained sold and
