essments and encumbrances of what nature and
kind soever and the said Aquilla Rogers and 
Margaret A. Rogers for themselves and their heirs
the above described and hereby granted and released
premises and every part and parcel thereof with
the appurtenances unto the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns against the said parties 
of the first part and their heirs and against all
and every person or persons whomsoever lawfully claim
ing or to claim the same shall and will warrant

as the wife of Aquilla Rogers and as one of the

Deed of conveyance did this day to me on a separate
and private examination before me taken and made
separately and apart from her said husband ackno
wledge and declare that she made herself a party
to and executed the same for the purpose of Relin
quishing all of her Dower and right of dower in
and to the lands in said conveyance described and
granted and that she signed the same freely and
voluntarily and without any constraint apprehension fear
or compulsion from her said husband the said
