This Indenture made and Entered into on this the Twen
tieth day of November in the year of our lord One
Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty three between the
Florida Land and Immigration Company a body corporate
under the laws of the State of Florida party of the first
part and William B. Lipsey party of the second part
Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for 
and in consideration of Two Hundred and Fifty dollars
lawful money of the United States of America to it in hand
paid by the said party of the second part at or before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt wher
eof is hereby acknowledged has given granted aliened
bargained sold Transfered conveyed and confirmed and
does by these presents give grant alien bargain
sell Transfer remise release convey and confirm unto the
said party of the second part and his heirs and ass
igns forever forever all Those certain tracts or par
cels of Land situate lying and being in the county of 
Alachua and State of Florida and Known and des
cribed on the public maps and records of said State as 
Lots Nine and Ten of section Fifteen in Township
Eleven South and Range Eighteen East containing Eig
hty Acres more or less Lots 9 and 10 Sec 15 T11 S
R18 E.  To Have and to hold the above granted bar
gained and described premises Together with all and
singular the rights and privileges immunities easem
ents and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any
wise appertaining unto the said party of the second
part and his heirs and assigns as his  absolute prop
erty in fee simple forever and the said Florida Land
and Immigration Company for itself and assigns
and for all others claiming by through or under it
does covenant and agree that at the time of the ex
ecution and delivery of these presents the said
company is seized of a good and indefeasible
fee simple to the above premises and has good 
right to convey the same as it has conveyed the
