same free and discharged from all encumbrances
and liens of any and every nature and description and
that the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns shall quietly and peaceably and at all times
hereafter have use occupy possess and enjoy the above
described premises against all persons whatsoever lawfully
claiming the same and that it will at any and all times
make such further covenants conveyances and assurances
at the expense of the said party of the second part as he

Alachua County } Know all men by these presents
that we George W. Glass and Relia Glass his wife
of the aforesaid State and County for and in consid
eration of the sum of Seventy five dollars to us in
hand paid by Susanna Glass of said State and
County the receipt whereof we do hereby acknow
ledge have granted bargained sold conveyed and
forever quit claimed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell transfer assign convey and forever
quit claim unto her the said Susanna Glass all
of our right title interest Estate and claim at
law or in equity of in and to all of that cert
ain lot tract piece or parcel of land situated
lying and being in what is known as Browns Add
itions to the town of Gainesville in Alachua County
in the State of Florida particularly described as being
one half acre square in the south east corner
