       Melvin W. Ordway  To  Mrs Celia Goodson
                       "Deed"
This Indenture made the 14th day of November in
the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and Eighty three Between Melvin W. Ordway of the
County of Clay and State of Florida of the first part
and Mrs Celia Goodson of Melrose Alachua Co
Florida of the second part witnesseth that the
said party of the first part for and in consideration of
the sum of One hundred and Twenty three & 25/100 Dollars
lawfull money of the United States of America to him
in hand paid by the said party of the second part
at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has granted
bargained sold aliened remised released conveyed and con
firmed and by these presents does grant bargain sell
alien remise release convey and confirm unto the
said party of the second part and her heirs and assigns
forever all the Lots or Parcel of land lying and
being in the Town of Melrose and State of Florida
described as follows Lots Two (2) and eight (8) as Known
on the Town Plat of Melrose  Together with all and
singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and
the reversion and reversions remainder and remaind
ers rents issues and profits thereof and also all
the estate right title interest dower and right of 
dower separate estate property possession claim and
demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of 
the said party of the first part of in and to the
same and every part and parcel thereof with the
appurtenances  To Have and to Hold the above gran
ted bargained and described premises with the ap
purtenances unto the said party of the second part
her heirs and assigns to her own proper use ben
