this conveyance for the purpose of relinquishing
her dower in the lands hereinafter described parties
of the first part and R.B. Hunter and R.B. Hunter guardian
of Robert M. Hunter of Alachua County State of Florida
of the second part witnesseth that for and in consider
ation of the sum of one thousand Dollars to the parties
of the first part paid the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have granted bargained sold and by 
these presents granted bargained sold and by these pres
cents do grant bargain sell & convey unto the said
parties of the second part their heirs and assigns in
fee simple all of that certain tract or parcel of land
lying and being in Alachua County State of Florida and
described as follows starting at a stake Twenty five chains
from the South East Corner of section Twenty six
Township Eleven Range Twenty One East on section
line between sections Twenty six & thirty five runn
ing West twelve chains & fifty links Thence North
Forty chains Thence East Twelve chains & fifty links
thence South forty chains to point of beginning con
taining fifty acres more or less  To Have and to 
Hold the above described land to the parties of the
Second part their heirs & assigns Together with
the rights members & appurtenances thereunto being
belonging or in any manner appertaining and
the parties of the first part for themselves
their heirs executors administrators and assigns the
Title to the above bargained sold & conveyed
premises will forever defend against all

by me separate and apart from her husband
