This Indenture made on this 8th day of Decem
ber AD 1883 between Albert G. Hester of the State of 
Florida & County of Marion of the  first part and
F.B. Hester  T.J. Hester and J.P. Hester parties of the
second part witnesseth that for and in consider
ation of the sum of one hundred & fifteen dollars to
the party of the first part in hand paid at and
before the sealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged the said
party of the first part has given granted barg
ained sold and conveyed and by these presents does
so give grant bargain sell and convey to the par
ties of the second part the following described parcel of
land To wit Three fourths interest in the following
described land commencing on the southern bound
ry line of section thirty two of Township Eleven of
Range Twenty one at a point thirty three chains and
seventeen links from the south west corner of 
said section and running thence East along said
line eighteen chains to a stake thence north two 
chains and twenty nine links to a stake thence West 
parallell with section line eighteen chains to a stake
and thence South two chains and twenty nine links 
to point of beginning and containing Five acres
of land more or less situated in said section thirty
two of Township & Range aforesaid in the County
of Alachua and State of Florida  To Have and to Hold
the said parcel of land Together with all and sin
