acres more or less To Have and to Hold the above
described premises Together with all and singular
the rights and privileges immunities easements and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise apper
taining unto the said party of the second part and 
her heirs as their absolute property in fee simple
forever and the said parties of the  first part for 
themselves and successors as Trustees as aforesaid and for
the said Florida Railroad company and for all others
claiming by through or under them or either of them do
covenant and agree that they are seized of a good and
indefeasible fee simple to the above premises and that
they have good right to convey the same as they have
conveyed the same free and discharged from all encum
brances and liens of any and every nature and description
and that the said party of the second part her heirs
and assignss shall quietly and peaceably enjoy the
above described premises against all persons what
soever lawfully claiming the same and that they will
at any and at all times make such further covenants
conveyances and assurances at the expense of the said 
party of the second part as she the said party of
the second part heirs or assigns or Counsel learned in
the law may require  In testimony whereof the said
