       James T. Soutter Et al  To  John N. Ormand
                        "Deed"
This Indenture made and intered into on this the
Eleventh day of March in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and 68 between James Sout
ter of the City of New York and John McRae of
the City of Wilmington Trustees duly appointed by the
Florida Rail Road Company parties of the first part
and John N. Ormand party of the second part witn
esseth that the said parties of the first part for 
and in consideration of the sum of Three hundred
Dollars to them in hand paid by the said party of
the second part the receipt whereof is hereby ack
nowledged have given granted aliened bargained
sold Transfered and do by these presents give grant
alien bargain sell Transfer and convey unto the
said party of the second part all those parcels or lots of
land lying and being in the town of Waldo County of 
Alachua State of Florida and Known and described
on the plat of said Town as lots number four
and five (4 & 5) in Block number sixteen (16)

To have and to hold the above described premises
Together with all and singular the rights and privileges
immunities easements and appurtenances thereunto belong
ing or in any wise appertaining unto the said party
of the second part and his heirs as their absolu
te property in fee simple forever and the said par
ties of the first part for themselves and successors as
Trustees as aforesaid and for the said Florida Rail
Road Company and for all others claiming by through
or under them or either of them do covenant and agree
that they are seized of a good and indefeasible fee simple
to the above premises and that they have good right to con
vey the same as they have conveyed the same free and
discharged from all encumbrances and liens of any and
every nature and description and that the said part of 
the second part his heirs and assigns shall quietly and
peaceably enjoy the above described premises against
all persons whatsoever lawfully claiming the same and
that they  will at any and all times make such fur
ther covenants conveyances and assurances at the ex
pense of the said party of the second part as he the
said party of the second part heirs or assigns or coun
sel learned in the law may require.  In testimony
whereof the said parties of the first part have
