                   "Deed"
This Indenture made this the 13 day of Novem
ber 1883 between L.B. Stephens and Harriet A. Stephens
of the County of Boone and State of Kentucky
of the first part and D.L. Frazier of Alachua
County and State of Florida of the second part witnes
seth that the said parties of the first part for
and in consideration of the sum of Two Thousand
one hundred & sixty dollars ($216000) lawful money
of the United States of America to us in hand paid
by the said party of the second part at or before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents the
receipts whereof is hereby acknowledged have gr
anted bargained sold aliened remised released convey
ed and confirmed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell alien remise release convey and con
firm unto the said party of the second part and
his heirs and assigns forever all of our undivid
ed one half interest of the lands lying and being
in the County of Alachua and State of Florida and
described as follows Viz  All of Section (8) Eight
in township (9) Nine Range (21) Twenty one S&E
containing by estimation 640 20/100 acres of land.
Together with all and singular the tenements here
ditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in anywise appertaining and the reversion
remainders and profits thereof and also all 
the estate title interest possession claim and dem
and whatsoever as well in law as in equity of
the said parties of the first part To have
and to hold the above granted and described
premises with the appurtenances unto the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns 
to his own proper use forever and the parties of
the first part for themselves heirs executors and
