This Indenture made and entered into on this the
Twenty fourth day of August in the year of Our
Lord One Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty three
between the Florida Land and Immigration Company a
body corporate under the laws of the State of Florida
party of the first part and William H. Warder
and Samuel G. Lewis of the City of Philadelphia
State of Pensylvania parties of the second part wit
nesseth that the said party of the first part for and
in consideration of Two Thousand Two hundred and
Eighty dollars lawful money of the United States
of America to it in hand paid by the said parties
of the second part at or before the ensealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is here
by acknowledged has given granted aliened barg
ained sold Transferred conveyed and confirmed
and does by these present give grant alien
bargain sell Transfer remise release convey and
confirm unto the said parties of the second part
and their heirs and assigns forever all those 
certain tracts or parcels of land situate lying and
being in the county of Alachua and State of Florida
and known and described on the public maps and
records of said State as Section Four and East

Eight also Lots two three four five six and
seven in section Four and Lots One two five
six seven and Eight in section five of Town
ship Nine South Range Twenty one East contain
ing one thousand seven hundred and fifty two
acres more or less (Sec 4 E1/2 of SW1/4 SW1/4 of SE
1/4 of Sec 28 N1/2 of NE1/4 SW1/4 of NE1/4  NW1/4
N1/2 of SW1/4 SE1/4 of SW1/4 S1/2 of SE1/4 NE1/4 of
