Alachua County State of Florida of the second part
Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for
and in consideration of the sum of three Hund
red Dollars to her in hand paid by the said
party of the second part the receipt whereof is here
by acknowledged has granted sold and conveyed
unto the said party of the second part her heirs
and assigns the following described Tract or parcel
of land lying being and situate in the county of
Alachua and State of Florida to wit The North half
of Lot (2) Two and all of Lot (1) One except that
part of Lot (1) One lying directly west of Lot (15)
Fifteen all being in Places addition to the town
of Waldo Alachua County State of Florida and
containing one and one half Lots with excep
tion of aforesaid reserve.  To Have and to hold the prem
ises hereby conveyed Together with all the rights privileges
and appurtenances to the said party of the second part her
heirs and assigns forever and the said party of the
first part does hereby covenant and agree to and
with the said party of the second part her heirs
and assigns for herself and her heirs executors and
administrators to forever warrant and defend the title
to the premises hereby conveyed against the claim
of every person whomsoever.  In witness whereof I
have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal

AD One thousand eight hundred and eighty three
before me Saml J. Kennard a Justice of the Peace
in and for said county personally appeared Amy L.
Place whose name is subscribed to the annexed
instrument as party thereto personally known to me
to be the individual described therein and who executed
the same and acknowledged to me that she execu
ted the said Instrument for the uses and purposes
therein mentioned wherefore I pray that the same may
become a matter of record In Testimony whereof I
have hereunto set my hand and affixed my  seal
of Office this the 29th day of September AD
