County of Alachua } This Indenture made and entered
into this the 28th day of July AD One thousand eight
Hundred and Eighty three (1883) Between Carrie B. Farrell
and Ned E. Farrell her husband of the Town of Waldo
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida of the
first part and William H. Warder and Samuel G. Lewis
both of the City of Philadelphia and State of Pensylvania
by Frank S. Lewis their Attorney in fact duly constituted
and appointed by power of attorney bearing date the
fifteenth day of May AD 1883 and recorded in the
Clerks office for recording Deeds in and for the County
of Alachua and State of Florida in Book "Q" on pages
947-948-949 of the second part witnesseth that
the said party of the first part for and in consider
ation of the sum of Fourteen Hundred and Eighty Doll
ars to them in hand paid by the said parties of the
second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted sold and conveyed unto the said parties
of the second part their heirs and assigns the follow
ing described tract or parcel of land lying being and 
situate in the County of Alachua and State of Florida
to wit the North East quarter North half of North
West quarter South west quarter of North west
quarter East half of south East quarter of north
West quarter and the south half of section thirty
five Township Eight south of Range Twenty due
East containing Six hundred and Seventy One acres
more or less. {NE1/4: N1/2 of NW1/4 SW1/4 of NW1/4 East
half of south E1/4 of NW1/4 & S1/2 of sec 35 T8 S
of R21 E 671 acres}  To have and to hold the prem
ises hereby conveyed together with all the rights privi
leges and appurtenances to the said parties of the second
part their heirs and assigns as Tenants in com
mon and not as joint Tenants forever and the
said parties of the first part do hereby conven
ant and agree to and with the said party of the sec
ond part their heirs and assigns for themselves
and their heirs executors and administrators to forever
warrant and defend the title to the to the premises
hereby conveyed against the claim of every person
whomsoever.  In witness whereof we have hereunto
set our hands and affixed our seals.
