County of Alachua } On this 28th day of July AD One
thousand eight hundred and Eighty three before me
Saml J. Kennard a Justice of the peace in and for said
County personally appeared Ned E. Farrell and Carrie
B. Farrell his wife whose names are subscribed to the
annexed instrument as parties thereto personally known
to me to be the Individuals described therein and who
executed the same and they and each of them acknow
ledged to me that they executed the said instrument each
respectively freely and voluntarily for the uses and purposes
therein mentioned and I  I do further certify that Carrie B. 
Farrell wife of the said Ned E. Farrell did acknow
ledge to me on examination separately and apart
from her husband that she executed the same
freely and voluntarily for the uses and purposes
therein mentioned and for the purpose of relinquish
ing all the claim title to or interest in said prem
ises which she may possess by right of dower or
otherwise without fear or compulsion or undue
influence of her said husband.  wherefore I pray
that the same may become a matter of record  In
Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed my seal of office this the 28th day of July
AD 1883.

this the 25th day of August AD One Thousand Eight
Hundred and Eighty three (1883)  Between Simon J. Tem
ple and Sarah Jane Temple his wife of the County of
Bradford and State of Florida of the first part and
William H. Warder and Samuel G. Lewis both of the City of 
Philadelphia and State of Pensylvania by Frank
S. Lewis their Attorney in Fact duly constituted
and appointed by power of attorney bearing date
the fifteenth day of May AD 1883 and recorded in 
the Clerks Office for recording deeds in and for
the County of Alachua and State of Florida in
