County of Bradford }  This Indenture made and
entered into this the 5th day of July AD One Thous
and Eight hundred and Eighty three (1883)  Between
Simon J. Temple and Sarah Jane Temple his wife
of the County of Bradford and State of Florida of the
first part and William H. Warder and Samuel G.
Lewis both of the City of Philadelphia and State of
Pennsylvania by Frank S. Lewis their Attorney in fact
duly constituted and appointed by power of attorney
bearing date the fifteenth day of May AD 1883 and
recorded in the Clerks office for recording deeds in
and for the county of Alachua and State of Florida
in Book "O" on pages 947-948-949 of the
second part witnesseth that the said party of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of Seven
teen hundred and Fifty Eight Dollars to him in hand paid
by the said parties of the second part the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged has granted sold
and conveyed unto the said parties of the second part
their heirs and assigns the following described tract or
parcel of land lying being and situate in the County
of Alachua and State of Florida to wit:  the North East
quarter, the south half of the south East quarter:
