parties of the first part does hereby covenant and agree

County personally appeared Simon J. Temple and Sarah
J. Temple his wife whose names are subscribed to the
annexed instrument as parties thereto personally known
to me to be the individuals described therein and who
executed the same and they and each of them acknow
ledged to me that they executed the said instrument each
respectively freely and voluntarily for the uses and purpos
es therein mentioned and I do further certify that
Sarah Jane Temple wife of the said Simon J. Temple
did acknowledge to me on examination separately and
apart from her husband that she executed the same
freely and voluntarily for the uses and purposes therein
mentioned and for the purpose of relinquishing all the
claim title to or interest in said premises which she
may possess by right of dower or otherwise without
fear or compulsion or undue influence of her said
husband Wherefore I pray that the same may bec
ome a matter of record In Testimony whereof I have
