Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents
that T.G. Pratt Thompson of the County of Nassau
and State of Florida for and in consideration of the
sum of One dollars to him in hand paid by John
J. Thompson of the County of Alachua and State of 
Florida the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
granted bargained and sold and do by these presents
grant bargain sell and convey unto the said John
J. Thompson his heirs executors administrators and
assigns forever the following described lot Tract or
parcel of land situated lying and being in the Town
of Gainesville County of Alachua and State of Florida
to wit:  The west half of the East half and the 
West half of Lot number four Brown addition to
the Town of Gainsville Said Lot number four
situated in the south East corner of the North
West quarter of section No Five Township No Ten
and Range No Twenty south and East more partic
ularly described in a deed of conveyance from J.B. 
Brown and wife to T.G. Pratt Thompson and
recorded in Deed Book "H" Page no 288  To Have
and to hold the above granted bargained and descr
ibed premises Together with all and singular the
Tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the
same belonging or in anywise appertaining to the
said John J. Thompson his heirs executors admi
nstrators and assigns in fee simple absolute forever
and the said T.G. Pratt Thompson for himself and
for his heirs executors administrators and assigns
