"Deed"
This Indenture made this Eighteenth day of October
in the year of our Lord One Thousand Eight Hun
dred and Eighty three Between Sarah M. Wilson and
James Wilson her husband of the County of Stephenson
and State of Illinois of the first part and Robert
Brotherton of the County of Stephenson and State
of Illinois of the second part witnesseth that
the said party of the first part for and in consid
eration of the sum of Twelve Hundred Dollars in hand
paid by the said party of the second part the rec
eipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted
bargained and sold and by these presents do grant
bargain and sell unto the said party of the second
