that we Noah Townsend and Sarah Townsend his
wife of Alachua County and State of Florida for and
in consideration of the sum of Seven dollars and
fifty cts to us in hand Paid by Joel N. Townsend
of Alachua County and State of Florida the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargain
ed and Sold and by these Presents do grant barg
ain and sell & convey unto the said Joel N. Town
send his heirs Executors administrators and ass
igns forever the following described Lands or par
cels of land Lying and being in Alachua County
& State of Florida To wit beginning at the south
West corner of the South East 1/4 of the south
West 1/4 of section 20 Township 10 South of Range
22 E thence East on section line 8.00 chains thence
North 7.85 chains thence West 8.00 chains thence
South 7.85 chains back to place of beginning
six and 28/100 acres to have and to hold the
