party of the second part his heirs and assigns
shall quietly and peaceably and may at all times here
after have use occupy possess and enjoy the above
described premises against all persons whatsoever
lawfully claiming the same and that it will at any
and at all times make such further covenants

     Manuel H. Rogers Et al  To  Andrew Gradick
                          "Deed"
This indenture made the 16th day of Sepember in the
year of our Lord one Thousand Eight hundred and
seventy six between Manuel H. Rogers and his wife
Mary Rogers and John S. Monroe of Marion County
and State of Florida of the first part and Andrew
Gradick of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
of the second part witnesseth that the said party
of the first part for and consideration of the
sum of Two hundred Dollars to him in hands paid by the
said party of the second part the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged hath bargained and sold and
by these presents doth bargain and sell unto the
said party of the second part and to their heirs
and assigns forever all of the east Half of the North
East quarter and the south west quarter of the
North East quarter of Section thirteen in Township
Eleven South of Range Twenty Two East containing
One hundred and Twenty acres and Thirty hundredths
of an acre together with all and singular the here
