This Indenture made this Eighth day of November
AD 1883 between Simon Lamps of the County of Ala
chua and State of Florida party of the first part
and Benjamin J. Jones of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida party of the second part witnesseth
that the said party of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of sixty one and a half
Dollars to him in hand paid the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged has bargained sold and
transfered and by these presents does bargain sell
and transfer unto the said party of the second part
and his heirs and assigns forever that certain parcel
of land lying and being in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida and more particularly described
