Twenty two East thence West six chains and seventy
six links to the south East corner of lot thence West
four chains and ninety eight links to south West corner
thence North three chains and eighteen links to North
West corner thence East three chains and eighteen
links to North East corner thence South 30° East three
chains and sixty eight links back to starting point
making in all one and one third acres variation of
needle three and one half degrees: also a Tract of
about one half acre lying contiguous to the above
described Tract and bounded as follows West by land
of B.J. Jones aforesaid East by land of J.S. Jolly
South by land of L. Michael North by land of your
Grantor said Simon Lamps the North line of said
last mentioned tract being a continuation of the
North line of said first mentioned tract in the
same direction to land of J.S. Jolly Together with
all the tenements heritaments and appurtenances
with every privileges right title interest and estate
dower and right of dower reversion remainder and
easement thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining
To Have and to hold the same in fee simple forever and the
said party of the first part does covenant with the said
party of the second part that he is lawfully seized of said
premises that they are free of all encumbrance and that
he has good right and lawful authority to sell the same
and that he will warrant and defend the same against
the lawful claims of all persons In witness whereof that
said party of the first part has hereunto set his hand
