H.M. Pendarvis  To  Daniel V. Stroble
                  "Deed"
State of Florida }
Alachua County   }  Know all men by these presents
that I Harriet M. Pendarvis widow of the County
and State aforesaid for and in consideration of the
sum of One hundred Dollars to me in hand paid by
Daniel V. Stroble of the same place the receipt whereof 
I do hereby acknowledge have bargained sold and con
veyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell
and convey unto him the said Daniel V. Stroble and his
heirs and assigns forever all that certain piece or
parcel of Land lying and being situate in Alachua
County known and described by the US survey as the
North East quarter of the South East quarter
and South East quarter of the North East quarter
of section Seventeen of Township Eight South of Range
Eighteen East (NE4 of SE4 & SE4 of NE4 Sec 17 T8 S
R18 E) containing Eighty acres more or less Together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise apper
taining  To Have and to hold the same unto him the
said Daniel V. Stroble and to his heirs executors admin
istrators and assigns in fee simple and absolute and
I the said Harriet M. Pendarvis do hereby covenant
and agree to and with the said Daniel V. Stroble
that I am lawfully seized in fee of the property herein
and hereby conveyed and that I have good and law
ful right to sell the same that the same is free
from all encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and
that I will and my heirs executors and administrators
shall and will forever warrant and defend the same
unto him the said Daniel V. Stroble and to his heirs ex
ecutors administrators and assigns against the lawful
claims and demands of any and all persons whomsoever
now claiming or to claim the same  In witness whereof
I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal on this
the second day of June AD 1883.
