      L.W. Jackson Trustee  To  John W. Riggs
                         "Deed"
State of Florida}
Alachua County  } This Indenture made and entered
into this 28th day of November AD Eighteen Hundred
and Eighty three between L.W. Jackson as Trustee
of and for his minor children the heirs of the
body of the said L.W. Jackson and Ellen M. Jackson
now deceased to wit Sarah E. Jackson  Archibald L.
Jackson  Mary H. Jackson and Ellen L. Jackson party
of the first part and John W. Riggs party of the
second part all of the County and State afore
said witnesseth that the said party of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of
Six hundred Dollars to him in hand paid at and
before the ensealing hereof the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged and under and by virtue
of the power vested in him as Trustee by a Deed
from J.H. Goss and wife dated the 20th day of July
AD 1881 and Recorded in the Clerks Office of Alachua
County Florida on the 21st day of July AD 1881 in 
Deed Book "M" at pages 612 and 613 hath granted
bargained sold and conveyed and does by these
presents grant bargain sell convey and confirm unto
the said party of the second part his heirs assigns
Executors and Administrators the following described Real
Estate to wit All that lot tract or parcel of land situ
ate lying and being in Alachua County Florida and
Known and distinquished as the North One half and
the South East one fourth of Block One of Goss
addition to the town of Gainesville Florida Alachua
County Together with all and singular the rights
tenements and hereditaments thereunto belonging or in
anywise appertaining  To Have and to hold the said
bargained and described property unto him the
said John W. Riggs party of the second part and
to his heirs assigns Executors and administrators
forever and the said party of the first part cov
