fully and legally authorized to sell and convey said de
scribed Real Estate without any Order of any Court and
that this sale is made for the use and benefit of the
said minor children heirs of the body of the said L.W. 
Jackson and Ellen M. Jackson now Deceased to wit:

son and Ellen L. Jackson and the said party of the
first part for himself and the said Cestuis que
Trust will forever warrant the title to the said real
Estate against the lawful claim or claims of all

                    "Deed"
This Indenture made the 19th day of December
in the Year of Our Lord One Thousand eight hund
red and Eighty three Between William H. Bracey of 
Alachua County Florida in his own right and
as Executor of the Last will and Testament of 
Elizabeth A. Bracey deceased late of said County
and State of the first part and A.L. Markey and
John L. Crawford both of Alachua County Florida
parties of the second part witnesseth that the said
party of the first part for and in consideration
of the sum of Four Hundred & Fifty ($450.00)
Dollars lawful money of the United States of America
to him in hand paid by the said parties of the
