second part at or before the ensealing and
delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is here
by acknowledged hath granted bargained sold alein
ed remised released conveyed and confirmed and by 
these presents doth grant bargain sell alein rem
ise release convey and confirm unto the said
parties of the second part and to their heirs and
assigns forever all that certain fractional portion
of the South half of section Five (5) Township
(10) Ten South Range 20 Twenty East lying
and being in Alachua County Florida South
West of the Town of Gainesville and known and
described as the west half of the East half
of the following Lot to wit sold by R.F. Taylor
Commissioner to Mrs E.A. Bracey & described as 
commencing (30) thirty feet North of the North
West corner of Lot sold to J.A. Carlisle by R.F.
Taylor Commissioner thence North five hundred
and twenty feet thence East Four hundred and 
Sixty Two feet thence South Five Hundred and 
thirty feet thence west Four hundred and Sixty
two feet to place of beginning this subdivision of
said fractional section herein and hereby conveyed
being and containing One Hundred and five (105)
feet East & West and Five hundred and thirty (530)
feet North and South: and more specifically des
cribed as follows to wit Bounded on the North
by Liberty street: on the East by lot owned by 
Mrs R.J. Morris; on the South by Masonic Street
and on the west by a twenty foot Street lying
and being duly and legally recognized between
the lot therein and hereby conveyed and the lot
now owned by Ocar and Devere Morris children 
of O.D. Morris which street shall be kept open and
used by the grantees herein or their assigns when
ever they desire the same  Together with all and
singular the rights Tenements hereditaments and app
urtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise apper
taining and the reversion and reversions remainder
and remainders rents issues and profits thereof and
also all the estate right title interest property poss
ession claim and demand whatsoever as well
in law as in equity of the said party of the first
part of in and to the same and every part and
parcel thereof with the appurtenances  To Have and
to hold the above granted bargained and described
premises with the appurtenances unto the said
