     Charles W. Brush Et al  To  W.W. Hampton
                          "Deed"
This Indenture made this sixth day of December AD
One Thousand eight hundred and Eighty three between
Charles W. Brush and Julia A. Van Ness the only sur
viving heirs at law and devisees of Nehemiah Brush
deceased parties of the first part and W.W. Hampton of 
Alachua County and State of Florida party of the second
part witnesseth that in consideration of the sum of
[$350#] Three hundred and fifty Dollars paid by the
said party of the second part to the said parties of 
the first part the receipt whereof is hereby acknow
ledged the said parties of the first part do hereby grant
bargain sell assign transfer and set over unto the
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
all that certain piece or parcel of land situate and 
lying in Brush's Addition to town of Gainesville in
Alachua County and State of Florida and described
as follows that is to say  Beginning for the same
at the South East corner of Block number five
[5] in said addition and running thence northerly
along the East line of  said Block Two hundred
[200] feet thence westerly parallel to the South line
of said Block one hundred and three [103] feet
thence southerly parellel to the first line Two
hundred [200] feet to the south line of said Block
and thence one hundred and three [103] feet to 
the place of beginning being the east half
