This conveyance made this third day of November one
thousand eight hundred and Eighty three between Robert
G. Cole of the County of Putnam in the State of Florida
sole executor of the last will and testament of Archibald
H. Cole late of said County and State deceased of the first
part and Sarah E. Chadwick of the town of Waldo County
of Alachua and State of Florida of the second part witness
eth that the said party of the first part by virtue of
the power and authority to him given in and by the said
last will and testament and in consideration of the
sum of One Hundred Dollars to him paid by the said
party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged has granted bargained sold aliened remised
released conveyed and confirmed and by these present does
grant bargain sell alien remise release convey and confirm
unto the said party of the second part her heirs and assig
ns forever all that certain lot or parcel of land situate
lying and being in the town of Waldo County of Alachua and
State of Florida and better known and described on the Plats
of said town as Lot Number Two (2) in Block number One (1)
Together with all and singular the Tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise apper
taining and the reversion and reversions remainder and remain
ders rents issues and profits thereof and also all the
estate right title interest property possession claims and
demands whatsoever both in law and equity which the
said testator had in his life time and at the time of his
decease and which the said party of the first part has
by virtue of the said last will and testament or otherwise
of in and to the above granted premises and every
part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances
