This Indenture made this third day of April in

Eighty three Between George Richardson and wife Leah
Richardson of the County of Alachua and State of Flor
ida of the first part and Sarah Roberts of the same
County & State of the second part witnesseth that the said
parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum
of Ten Dollars to us in hand paid by the said party 
of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknow
ledged have granted bargained sold aleined remised rel
eased conveyed and confirmed and by these presents do 
grant bargain sell alein remise release convey and con
firm unto the said party of the second part and her
heirs and assigns forever all that piece or parcel of
land lying and being in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida described as follows in the south
