give grant bargain sell and convey unto the said party
of the second part all those certain lots tracts pieces or
parcels of land lying and being situate in the State and
County aforesaid particularly described as follows to wit
Lots Numbers Nine (9) Ten (10) Eleven(11) and Twelve (12) in 
Block Five (5) Range Two (2) of "Roper's Addition" to the town
of Gainesville the whole Block the same being bounded on
the North by "Middle Street" on the south by "Cecil Street"
and on the west by Florida avenue  The said Block con
sisting of the said Four Lots being Four Hundred feet square
Together with all the rights privileges and appurtenances to
the same belonging or in anywise appertaining
To Have and To Hold the same unto her the said
party of the second part and to her heirs executors ad
ministrators and assigns forever in fee simple absolute
and the said party of the first part does hereby cove
nant and agree with the said party of the second part
that he is lawfully seized in fee of the property hereby
conveyed that he has good and lawful right to sell
and convey the same that the same is free from
all encumbrances and that he does hereby for himself
his heirs executors and administrators promises and agree
to forever warrant and defend the same unto the said
party of the second part and to her heirs executors adm
inistrators and assigns against the lawful claims and
demands of any and all persons whomsoever now claim
ming or hereafter to claim the same
