                           "Deed"
State of Florida }
Alachua County   }  This Indenture made the 29th day
of July AD 1882 between Thomas N. Sewell and C.R. Sewell
of the State and County of the first part and John
W. Sewell of Alachua County in the State of Florida
of the second part witnesseth that the said parties of the 
first part for and in consideration of the sum
of One Hundred dollars to them in hand paid by the 
said party of the second part the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold
and conveyed and by these presents do grant bar
gain sell and convey unto the said party of the 
second part all of that certain lot piece parcel or tract
of land situated lying and being in the County of
Alachua in the State of Florida particularly known
and described as follows to wit: a strip one hundred
and Fifty (150) wide off the North side of the South
East quarter 1/4 of the South West 1/4 quarter of the 
South west 1/4 quarter of section Twenty nine (29) in 
Township nine(9) South Range Twenty 20 East contain
ing by estimation 2 21/100 acres acres of land more or less Together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in any wise
appertaining To Have and to hold the same unto him
the said party of the second part and to his heirs execu
tors administrators and assigns in fee simple and absolu
te and the said parties of the first part do hereby covenant
and agree to and with the said party of the second part
that they are lawfully seized in fee of the property 
herein and hereby conveyed and that they have good and
lawful right to sell and convey the same that the same
is free from all encumbrances of any  kind whatsoever and
they will and their heirs executors and administrators shall
and will forever warrant and defend the same unto the
said party of the second part and to his heirs executors 
administrators and assigns against the lawful claims
and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now
claiming or hereafter to claim the same  In witness whereof
the said parties of the first part have hereunto set 
their hands and affixed our seals the day and year
first above written
