or in any wise appertaining to the said parties of
the second part and to their successors in office
as said Trustees of the Micanopy colored free school
in perpetuity in fee simple forever and the said
parties of the first part for themselves their heirs
Executors and administrators covenant and agree with
the said parties of the second part and their successors
in office in perpetuity that they are seized in fee
of the premises aforesaid that they are free from
all encumbrances that they have good right to sell
and convey the same to the said parties of the second
part and that they will and their heirs and executors
and administrators shall warrant and defend the titles
to the same against the lawful claims and demands
of all persons claiming or to claim by through or under them

Know all men by these presents that I Julia B. Freyer
wife of F.L. Freyer of my own free will and acc
ord became a party to the foregoing Indenture of
Deed and thereby freely and voluntarily relinquished
all my right of dower in and to the parcel of 
land thereby conveyed without any compulsion
apprehension fear or constraint of or from my
said husband  In witness whereof I have hereunto
set my hand and affixed my seal on this 28th day
of May AD 1883

W.R. Montgomery Clerk of the Circuit Court for
said County of Cobb Mrs J.B. Freyer who on a priv
ate examination separate and apart from her 
husband F.L. Freyer acknowledged that she bec
ame a party to the foregoing Deed and signed
the foregoing acknowledgment of dower of her
own free will and accord for the purposes there
in set forth and the said F.L. Freyer also ack
nowledged the execution of the foregoing Deed by him
