                                 "Deed"
This Indenture made the 14th day of December in the
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy
Eight between Mrs Mariah A. Parish  Cornelas R. Holder
and his wife Caroline Holder James M. Ennis and his wife
Irene C. Ennis Eliza Newman W.W. Parish and Zaney
Parish his wife Rebecca J. Robinson John A. Parrish E.D.
Powell and wife Matilda Powell heirs of Ezekiel Parish Dececd
of Alachua County Fla of the first part and Mrs Mary
L. Johns of Alachua County State of Florida of the second
part witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for
and in consideration of the sum of one Dollars lawful money
of the United States of America to them in hand paid by the
said party of the second part at or before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged hath granted bargained sold aliened remised
released conveyed and confirmed and by these presents doth
grant bargain sell alein remise release convey and confirm
unto the said party of the second part and her heirs and
assigns forever all that Lot or parcel of Land lying and
being in the county of Alachua State of Florida and known
and described on the Public Map as the North East
quarter of the south East quarter of Section Seven
in Township Nine S Range Twenty one E (NE1/4 of SE1/4
Sec7 T9 S R21 E) containing Forty acres more or less
Together with all and singular the Land tenements hered
itaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in any
wise appertaining and the reversion and reversions
remainder and remainders rents issues and profits thereof
and also all the estate right title interest Dower and right
of dower property possession claim and demand what
soever as well in law as in equity of the said parties
of the first part of in and to the same and every part
and parcel thereof with the appurtenances  To Have and
to hold the above granted bargained and described
premises with the appurtenances unto the said party of the
second part her heirs and assigns to her own proper
use benefit and behoof forever and the said parties
of the first part for themselves and for their heirs execu
tors and administrators doth covenant promise and
agree to and with the said party of the second part
her heirs and assigns that the said parties of the first
part at the time of the sealing and delivery of these
presents are lawfully seized in fee simple of a good abs
olute and indefeasible estate of inheritance of and in
all and singular the above granted bargained and
described premises with the appurtenances thereto and
