Powell by Isaac Johns his Atty and as the persons
described in and who executed the foregoing Deed of
conveyance who being at the time separate and apart
from their husbands the said C.R. Holder J.M. Ennis
W.W. Parish E.D. Powell did then and there make and
execute the foregoing acknowledgment their names being
with their own hands subscribed and their seals affixed
