of the peace of the County of Alachua & State of
Florida acknowledge and declare that I did make
myself a party to and executed the foregoing Deed of
conveyance for the purpose of relinquishing my right
of dower in and to the land in said conveyance therein
described and granted and that I did the same freely
and voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint
apprehension or fear of or from my said husband.  In
witness whereof I hereby subscribe my name and affix
my seal this Ninth day of October AD 1882.

personally appeared a Justice of the Peace of the County
of Alachua & State of Florida the above named Hannah
H. Lipsey to me well known as the wife of William
B. Lipsey and as one of the persons described in and
who executed the foregoing Deed of conveyance who
being at the time separate & apart from her husband
the said William B. Lipsey did then and there make and
execute the foregoing acknowledgment her name being
with her own hand subscribed and her seal affixed
in my presence  Witness my hand and seal at Archer
Alachua Co Florida the day & year above written
