Town known as Dourch's survey which is duly
recorded in the Clerks office among the public records
of Columbia County Florida Together with the store
house and buildings on said Lot and all of the stock
of goods now on hand and kept by me in said store
house consisting of Dry goods Groceries boots shoes hats
Saddes Furniture and the Store fixtures and also
all of the stock of goods now on hand and kept by 
me in my store seven miles North of Newnansville
in Alachua County Florida near Spring Hill Church
Consisting of Dry goods groceries Boots shoes Hats
Furniture saddles Scales Lamps and Store fixtures
and also all of the goods chattels merchandise Bills
Bonds notes book accounts claims demands choses
in action Books of accounts and evidences of debt
and property of every name and nature whatever used
and kept by me in connection with my business
at either of the aforesaid Two Stores also one two Horse
wagon now owned by me  To Have and To Hold the 
same and every part and parcel thereof with the appur
tenances to the said party of the second part his
heirs executors administrators and assigns  In Trust
nevertheless and to and for the following uses interests
and purposes that is to say the said party of the
second part shall take possession of all and singular
the lands tenements and hereditaments property and
effects hereby assigned and sell and dispose of the
same upon such terms and conditions as in his Judg
ment may  appear best and most for the interest of
those concerned and convert the same into money and
also to collect all and singular the said debts dues
bills bonds notes accounts claims demands and choses
in action or so much thereof as may prove collecta
ble: and thereupon to execute acknowledge and deliv
er all necessary conveyances and instruments for
the purposes aforesaid: and by and with the proceeds
of such sales and collections: the said party of the
second part shall first pay and disburse all the
Just and reasonable expenses, costs charges and com
missions of executing and carrying into effect this 
assignment and all rents due or to become due on 
the lands and tenements aforesaid and by and with
