       Donald MacRae  To  John E. Howard
                    "Deed"
This Indenture made the twenty first day of November
Anno Domini Eighteen Hundred and Eighty three between
Donald MacRae of the City of Washington County of
New Hanover and State of North Carolina party of the
first part and John E. Howard of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida party of the second part witnesseth
that the said party of the first part for and in consid
eration of the sum of one hundred and Sixty dollars to 
him in hand paid by the said party of the second part
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath given
granted aliened bargained sold transfered and do by these
presents give grant alien bargain sell transfer and con
vey unto the said party of the second part and to his
heirs and assigns forever all those certain Lots Tracts
or Parcels of land situate lying and being in the said
county of Alachua and State of Florida and known and
described on the public maps and records of said State
as the North half of Lots numbered three (3) and Four
(4) of section thirty one (31) in Township eight (8) South
of Range Twenty 20 East containing eighty 80 acres
more or less (N1/2 of Lots 3,4, Sec31 T8 SR20 E)
Together with all and singular the tenements hereditam
ents and appurtenances thereunto belonging and also all the
estate right title interest property claim and demand what
soever as well in law as in equity of the said party of
the first part of in and to the same with the apurtenan
ces To have and to hold the above described premises with
the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said party of the 
second part and to his heirs and assigns as their absolute
property in fee simple forever and the said Donald Mac
Rae for him self and for all others claiming by
through or under him does covenant and agree that 
he is seized in fee simple of a good and indefeasible
estate in and to the above premises by deed from the Trus
tees of the Florida Rail Road Company and that he has
conveyed the same free and discharged from all encum
brances and liens of any and every nature and descr
iption created by himself and that the said party 
of the second part his heirs and assigns shall
quietly and peaceably enjoy the above described
