Alachua County   }  This Indenture made and entered into
this the twenty Eighth day of December AD 1883. between
William A. Colclough in his own right and O.C. Col
clough wife Charles A. Colclough and her said husband
Charles A. Colclough who joins his said wife for the
purposes of this conveyance the parties of the first
part and Mrs Ann F. Gregory wife of Jason Gregory
the party of the second part all of said County and State
witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for
and in consideration of the sum of four Thousand dollars
($4000) paid or to be paid to them by the said party of
the second part have granted bargained sold aliened
and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain
sell and convey unto the said party of the second
part and to her heirs and assigns all that certain
tract piece or parcel of land situated in said County of
Alachua and State of Florida and described as follows
Beginning at a point located five (5) chains East of
the North west corner of section nine (9) Townsh
ip Ten (10) South Range Twenty (20) East in said
County of Alachua running thence south Twenty
