County of Alachua} This Indenture made the thirtieth
of Decr in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight
hundred and seventy one between Danl G. Anderson of
the first part and Henry Dickerson Freedman of 
the State and County first above written party
of the second part witnesseth that the said party 
of the first part for and in consideration of the
sum of Twenty Dollars lawful money of the United States
to him in hand paid by the said party of the second
part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath
bargained and sold and by these presents doth bar
gain and sell unto the said party of the second
part and to his heirs and assigns forever all that
certain piece parcel or lot of land situated lying and
being in the State and County first above written
beginning at a stake on the East line of section
four Township Ten Range Twenty East ten feet
from the South East corner of lot owned by
Hettie Kincaid running west two acres thence South
One Acre thence East two acres thence south one
acre thence East to a acre thence along the East line
of said section one acre to the place of beginning
together with all and singular the hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise apper
taining and the reversion and reversions remainders
and remainders rents useses and profits thereof and
also all the estate right title interest claim
or demands whatsoever of him the said party
