Jacob Link To J.A. Carlisle Assignee
                          "Deed"
  This Indenture made this Twenty Ninth day of Nov
ember AD 1883 between Jacob Link and his wife Pres
silla Link of the County of Alachua and State of
Florida parties of the first part and Julius A. Carlisle
assignee for George W. Sparkman of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida party of the second part witnesseth that
the said parties of the first part for and in consid
eration of the sum of Two Hundred Dollars to them
in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowle
dged have bargained sold and  transfered and by 
these presents do bargain sell and transfer unto
the said party of the second part and his heirs
and assigns forever that certain parcel of land
lying and being in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida and more particularly described as 
follows: The North West Quarter of the North East
Quarter of section (36) thirty-six Township (9) Nine
south Range Twenty-One (21) East containing forty 
(40) acres land more or less Together with all the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances with every privilege right
title interest and Estate dower and right of dower
reversion remainder and easement thereunto belonging
or in any wise appertaining. To Have and to hold the same
in fee simple forever and the said parties of the first
part do covenant with the said party of the second 
part that they are lawfully seized of said premises that they
are free of all incumbrances and that they have
good right and lawful authority to sell the same and
that they warrant and defend the same against the
lawful claims of all persons  In Witness whereof that said
parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands and 
seals the day and year above written

Notary Public for said State personally appeared Jacob
Link and his wife Pressilla Link who I am satis
fied are the grantors who severally acknowledged that
they executed the foregoing Deed for the purpose
therein expressed and I further certify that the said
Pressilla Link at an examination separate and
apart from her said husband did acknowledge
that she executed the foregoing deed of conveyance
