herself a party to and executed the same for the purpose
of releasing relinquishing renouncing granting and conveying
all her estate and title and homestead in and to the lands
in said conveyance described and granted and that she
executed the same freely and voluntarily and without any
constraint apprehension fear or compulsion of or from

This Indenture made the 26th day of December in the year
of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Eighty three
Between Marie A. Gladwin in her own right and Stephen
N. Gladwin her husband of the first part and James J. 
Montgomery of the second part witnesseth that the said
parties of the first part for and in consideration of 
the sum of one hundred and ten dollars lawful money
of the United States of America to them in hand paid by 
the said party of the second part at or before the en
sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt where
of is hereby acknowledged Do hereby grant bargain
sell assign Transfer and convey and by these pres
ents has granted bargained sold assigned Transfered
aliened conveyed and made over unto the said party
of the second part and to his heirs and assigns forever
