all the following described tract of land to wit a 
certain lot of land situated in the addition to the
town of Hawthorn in the State of Florida and County
of Alachua known as Waits Crossing bounded on the North
by acre lot of W.J. Waits and land of Harriett Sanders
East by Land of Mount Zion Church South by land late of 
Calvin Waits now of P.B. Turpin on south line of section
Twenty six and West by land of late Calvin Waits con
taining one acre and a quarter more or less now of
W.V. Paschall Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
anywise appertaining and the reversion and reversion
remainders rents issues and profits thereof and also all
the estate right title interest Dower and right of Dower
property possession claim and demand whatsoever as
well in law as in equity of the said parties of the
first part of in and to the above described premises
and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances
To have and to hold all and singular the above mentioned
and described premises Together with the appurtenances
unto the said party of the second part his heirs and
