second part and to his heirs and assigns forever all
that tract or lot of land situate in addition to Hawth
orn aforesaid known as Waits Crossing and described
as follows to wit: All that tract of land bounded North
by acre Lot of W.J. Waits and Harriet Sanders East by
land of Mount Zion's Church South by land of Calvin 
Waits on south line of section Twenty six and west by land
of Calvin Waits containing one acre and a quarter
more or less Together with all and singular the tenem
ents hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or
in anywise appertaining and the reversion and reversion
and reversions remainder and remainders rents issues and
profits thereof and also all the estate right title
interest of said party of the first part and all his
property possession claim and demand whatsoever as
well in law as in equity of the said party of the first
part of in and to the above described premises and
every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances To
Have and to hold all and singular the above mentioned
and described premises together with the appurtenances
unto the said party of the second part his heirs and
