Martha Lamps to me well known as the wife of 
Simon Lamps and as one of the persons described
in and who executed the foregoing Deed who being
at the time separate and apart from her husband
the said Simon Lamps did then and there make and
execute the foregoing acknowledgment her name being
with her own hand subscribed and her seal affixed

This Indenture made this Fourth day of August AD 1883 between
Robert B. Weeks  William H. Sanders and Allen W. Hinson
Trustees of the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida parties of the
first part and James J. Montgomery of the County of 
Putnam and State of Florida party of the second part
witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for and 
in consideration of the sum of ____ Dollars to him in hand
paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has bar
gained sold and transfered and by these presents does
bargain sell and transfer unto the said party of 
the second part and his heirs and assigns forever that
certain parcel of land lying and being in the County of
Alachua and State of Florida and more particularly described
