Alexander N. Wilson  To  G.B. Griffin

State of Georgia }
Chatham County   }  This Indenture made the Six
teenth 16th day of October in the year of Our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and Eighty three (1883) Between
Alexander N. Wilson of the aforesaid State and County and
City of Savannah of the first part and G.B. Griffin of 
Jacksonville County of Duval and State of Florida of 
the second part witnesseth that the said Alexander N.
Wilson for and in consideration of the sum of Thirty
Eight hundred and Sixty dollars ($3860) to him in hand
paid by the said G.B. Griffin at or before the sealing
and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged has granted bargained sold aliened
remised released and confirmed and by these presents
does grant bargain sell alien remise release and con
firm unto the said G.B. Griffin and to heirs and 
assigns all those certain tracts or parcels of land lying
and situate in the County of Alachua in the State of
Florida and in the Arredondo Grant and known and 
described as sections Ten (10) Eleven (11) fourteen (14) and
twenty two (22) also known as the Edward Lewis lands
all in township Ten (10) Range twenty one (21) excepting
and reserving from this conveyance one hundred (100) acres
extending from the west to the East lines bounding
said section and also excepting and reserving two hundred
200 acres on the East side of said section fourteen (14)
extending from the north to the south lines bounding
said section also excepting the East half of section
Twenty two (22) and also excepting ten (10) acres in the
North West corner of said section fourteen (14) making
nineteen hundred and thirty (1930) acres more or less.
Together with all and singular the houses out houses
edifices buildings stables yards gardens liberties privile
ges easements commodities emoluments hereditaments
rights members and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining and the reversion
and reversions remainder and remainders rents issues
and profits and all the estate right title interest property
and possession claim and demand whatsoever in law or
in equity of the said Alexander N. Wilson of in or
to the same or any part or parcel thereof with the appur
tenances  To Have and to hold the said G.B. Griffin of 
Jacksonville Florida and all and singular other The
premises hereby granted bargained sold aliened and con
firmed with the hereditaments and appurtenances unto the
said G.B. Griffin his heirs and assigns to the only use
